Doin' Grayt is a luxurious new construction beach house that was competed Feb 2023 and is new to the rental market!
The 4 BR, 3.5 Bath home comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests. The home has a PRIME location within Grayton-close to the beach 🏖, and a bike ride away from shops, and several restaurants. The house is steps away from the community pool, and an easy walk to the shuttle to Grayton and Seaside!
This stunning home has been designed for our guests comfort and enjoyment. It has been professionally decorated to reflect the funky, eclectic, chill vibe of Grayton and furnished with high-end pieces.
ABOUT THE HOME
LIVING
As you enter, you”ll be greeted with a spacious, open concept floor plan. You’’ll notice beautiful white oak hardwood flooring throughout. The living room, kitchen and dining area have plenty of nooks for sitting, dining, and lounging! A plush, teal velvet sofa anchors the living room-other seating options include a leather arm chair, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 70" TV or enjoy the gas 🔥fireplace in the cooler winter season. A whimsical powder room with black fish wallpaper completes the living area.
KITCHEN/DINING
The adjacent kitchen is a stunner-enjoy brand new appliances including a wine fridge, and stunning waterfall, quartz countertops. The kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, and are full stocked with all the amenities you'll need...just bring the chef👨🍳. The oversized island has comfortable bar seating for 4. The cozy dining nook seats 6 and has bench seating, along with chairs.
Prefer to dine al fresco? The adorable covered back patio has adriondack chairs and is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening 🍹cocktail. Enjoy taking 🤳 selfies by the Boxwood Greenery wall!

We can accommodate 10 guests (4 Bedrooms) so you’re sure to find a spot that's "just right for you!

1st level details:
GRAYT-est Master Suite: King bed and neutral tones. There is a Graco Pack & Play /👶 Bassinet. The ensuite boasts a soaking tub 🛀 , stunning vanity with gold accents, and a gorgeous teal shower.
2nd level:
TROPICAL 🌴 VIBES: The whimsical statement feature wall will have you thinking you're in the islands. The King bed has a reclaimed wood headboard (built in USB), neutral bedding, and a beautiful ensuite featuring a double vanity and marble tile.
THE RUFF LIFE 🐶: 2 Full beds, and a tv mounted over the dresser. Whimsical dog prints anchor the room. The bathroom is a common bathroom in the hall.
SOMETHIN' FISHY🐠Bunk Room: Two twin bunks, coastal bedding and underbed storage! The room is adjacent to the loft which boasts a daybed, sofa, and XBOX gaming station.
Bathroom: The stunning 2nd floor COMMON bathroom features gray tile, a large double vanity and an oversized shower.
